I am no knocking this venture, but judging by the prices of local fresh produce, it’s little wonder obesity is so widespread in Dominica. At $6.25/lb.. for onions, $4.70/lb. for cabbage, $4.70/lb. for tomatoes, the average person cannot incorporate much vegetables in the diet.
Given those high prices, I often wonder why backyard gardens are not more popular in Dominica.
I grow seasoning peppers in pots which I freeze and despite giving a lot to friends, my crop lasts the entire until my next harvest at the end of summer.
You don’t need acres of land to grow crops. Pots work very well. Grow your own vegetables my people.

That’s spectacular! It’s wonderful to see solutions coming from the private sector, and I hope this service prospers long after this pandemic has gone.
