A 13-year-old boy in Antigua and Barbuda has been arrested and charged with attempted rape.
The boy reportedly attempted to rape a Caucasian woman in English Habour.
The area is popular among the Caucasian population in Antigua and Barbuda.
The woman reported the incident to the police. They subsequently arrested and charged the teenager.

This is just sad. The boy is a victim as well as the attacked woman. Society needs a flushing.
Kids have to be taught, and wrong is wrong but we have to get the whole story on this one. We know you don’t mess with “the tourism product” and how there have been many caucasian complains where folks knew each other or vengeful ws, so✋️wait for more info before casting judgement.

Is this a fictitious story? These children today seem to lose their innocence at birth. What could drive a juvenile so young to attempt to commit such an abominable crime?
When a child of this tender age commits or attempt to commit such an atrocious crime, it means the society has sunk to an all time low. Moral decadence is pervasive. I’m lost for words.
Children these days are exposed to all kinds of debauchery, they hear it in the songs and sing along, they see it on the tv, they WATCH it on their phones of course they are going to emulate what they see

Do you listen to the news in America today? At that age, they are committing rape, murder, gang violence, car jacking, robbery, school mass shooting, doing drugs and more. What do the police do? Nothing but release them back to their parents and guardians, and they are back on the streets again. Since the advent of American televisions into the living rooms and bedrooms of Caribbean homes, society back home has become decadent with no end in sight. Ah way we gonna do? The preaching of the gospel will soon be done all over the world. What parents need to do is to shower their kids from small with more love. More love, let it fall like rain, jah, jah.
