Reuters reports that Majed Al-Ansari, spokesperson for Qatar’s foreign ministry, stated during a press conference that discussions regarding the final terms were in progress and that this represented the most significant progress towards a deal achieved in recent months.
During midday talks in Doha, Qatar, negotiators—including Steve Witkoff, the appointed Middle East envoy for President-elect Donald Trump, as well as representatives from the U.S., Israel, and various Arab nations—collaborated to finalize the draft of an agreement, as confirmed by Arab officials involved in mediating the discussions.
