One man from the community of Wesley is presently a patient at the hospital following a shooting incident that occurred at about 9:45 PM in the vicinity of the Wesley Health Centre last night.
According to police reports, the victim was rushed to the Marigot Hospital where he was medically processed.
He is conscious and appears to be in a stable condition.
As part of the initial investigation, a Scenes of Crime officer from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) processed and managed the scene of the incident, and investigation is actively ongoing into the matter.
