Caribbean Strategic Advisors Inc. (CSA) and PROVEN Wealth (Barbados) Limited (PWB) have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at expanding investment opportunities and improving access to capital for businesses and development projects across Barbados and the wider Caribbean.

The collaboration brings together CSA’s capabilities in transaction sourcing, strategic advisory services and capital structuring with PWB’s regulated investment services, including securities trading, brokerage, investment advisory and wealth management, shared a press release.

Through the alliance, the two organizations reportedly plan to create a regional investment platform intended to channel individual and institutional capital into projects and enterprises operating in areas such as infrastructure, energy transition, private sector development and other sectors that contribute to economic growth.

According to the companies, the partnership comes at a time when Barbados and several Caribbean countries have significant levels of savings and institutional liquidity, while at the same time there is increasing demand for investment capital from businesses and infrastructure projects seeking expansion and development financing.

The press release said that the alliance is designed to complement existing sources of funding by identifying, structuring, and facilitating investment opportunities capable of attracting participation from both domestic and regional investors.

Oliver Jordan, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Caribbean Strategic Advisors, said the initiative combines key elements needed to support larger-scale investment activity.

“Mobilising capital at scale requires three capabilities working in concert: disciplined transaction origination, sound structuring, and regulated distribution. The CSA–PROVEN alliance brings those elements together within a single platform — positioning us to deliver institutional-grade opportunities to Barbadian and Caribbean investors, and meaningful long-term capital to Caribbean enterprises.”

Garfield Sinclair, Chairman of PROVEN Wealth (Barbados) Limited, said the partnership is intended to enhance the region’s investment landscape by bringing together complementary expertise and resources.

“We believe there is a significant opportunity to strengthen the regional investment ecosystem by combining origination capability, regulated market access, and execution capacity within a coordinated platform. The alliance reflects a shared commitment to expanding investment participation and supporting long-term economic growth across the Caribbean.”

The companies stated that the partnership is expected to contribute to Barbados’ efforts to strengthen its role as a regional hub for investment structuring, institutional capital mobilization and financing for productive sectors of the economy.

They also indicated that the initiative is intended to support broader economic development across the Caribbean by helping to deepen capital markets and improve access to investment opportunities.

The announcement comes amid increased activity in Barbados’ capital markets. It follows CSA’s recent involvement as sole financial advisor on the public share offering of Roberts Manufacturing Company Limited, which marked the first domestic public equity offering in Barbados in several years, as per the release.
