Panel Discussion

The Caribbean Electric Utility Services Corporation (CARILEC) will host its annual regional Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Customer Service (HRCCCS) Conference from March 18 to 20, at the Bay Gardens Hotel, Saint Lucia.

Over sixty (60) experts in the fields of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Customer Service, from across the region will converge to discuss industry trends, best practices, challenges, and solutions, centered around the theme “Fostering stakeholder engagement through agility, inclusion and collaboration.

The CARILEC Secretariat plays a leading role in advocacy, growth, and sustainability in the electric energy sector across the region, and facilitates networking, knowledge sharing, business development and capacity building through its training programs, and conferences. The themes and topics which will be addressed at this HRCCCS Conference are not unique to the electric energy sector and are pertinent across all industries in Saint Lucia. CARILEC is therefore pleased to invite participants and practitioners from organisations across Saint Lucia, in the areas of Human Resource Management and Development, Corporate Communications, Public Relations and Customer Service to attend this year’s conference.

Executive Director of CARILEC, Dr. Cletus Bertin said, “We’re looking forward to hosting this premier regional event, to welcoming our members to Saint Lucia, and to facilitate a collaborative and enriching experience for all attendees. Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting your career, this Conference promises to be a valuable and inspiring event, that will provide practical solutions for immediate implementation.”

The CARILEC Secretariat expects that the conference will strengthen professionals in the areas of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Customer Service and support the implementation of innovative solutions at the departmental and organisational levels.

Registration for the Conference is open, and interested participants are encouraged to visit www.carilec.org for more information and to secure their spot at this must-attend conference.
