Dannicia Newton of the Jones Beaupierre Primary School has won the 2025 Carnival Princess Title.
She outperformed four other contestants at a competition held at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium Forecourt on Sunday.
She copped the awards for Best Talent, Best in Costume, and the People’s Choice Award.
Newton was sponsored by Element Agencies, and Carla Ulysses.
Tiara Wolf who represented the Paix Bouche Primary School and Sponsored by Cash & Carry secured the 1st runner-up spot. She received the award for Miss Intelligence.
C’Ariyah Jno Pierre of the Convent Preparatory School, sponsored by Max Mart, secured the 2nd runner-up position.
Aaliyha Rossi of the St Martin’s Primary School who was sponsored by Springfield Trading Limited won the awards for Best in Party Dress, Best Party Dress, and Miss Photogenic, while Marlinda Peters who represented the Colihaut Primary School won the awards for Best Costume and Miss Congeniality.
