“Where Olive Trees Weep” is a powerful documentary that sheds light on the struggles and resistance of the Palestinian people. This screening aims to raise awareness and spark conversations about important issues such as imperialism, colonization, environmental degradation, and white supremacy, which have left their imprint around the world, not least in the Caribbean.

Event Goals: To educate and engage the community on the parallels between the Palestinian struggle and local issues, fostering a deeper understanding and encouraging action.
Fundraising:
We are planning to sell some snacks and refreshment at the event to cover set up costs.
