The Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force (CDPF) is investigating the death of Louisa Dorothy Prince, a 31-year-old female of Bath Road, Roseau who appeared to have been electrocuted on Monday 8, August 2022 in Beau Bois.
According to reports from Acting Inspector Fixton Henderson at about 6:30 pm Prince was found unresponsive in a greenhouse at the back of the house where she resided in Beau Bois.
“She had apparent burns to her abdominal region and her knees, she appeared to have been electrocuted,” he explained.
He said she was examined and pronounced dead by a medical doctor on the scene at 9:03 pm that same evening.
Her body is being kept at a funeral home awaiting an autopsy.
Investigations surrounding her death continue.
