VF Inc., “a dynamic Human Resource, Business Process, and Financial consultancy firm based in Dominica”, has announced the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer and Lead Consultant.
Mrs. Jolene B. Newton, SHRM-SCP, MBA, takes the reigns starting September 1, 2025, says a release from the company.
Newton steps into her leadership role with a clear objective: to further the company’s mission of enabling organizations to develop their people, culture, and strategies for enduring growth, as outlined by the press release. It also states that her vision is to position VF Inc. as the leading consulting partner in the Caribbean region. Bringing extensive international experience, innovative approaches, and a steadfast dedication to integrity and excellence, the company expressed confidence in her qualifications to guide the firm forward.
With nearly twenty years of professional background, Mrs. Newton’s career encompasses various aspects of data analysis, human capital development, and organizational improvement. Her career began at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) within the Research Department, overseeing financial, economic, and debt data analysis before transitioning into human resources. As Director of Human Resources, she led initiatives such as the implementation of SAP ERP systems, advanced employee engagement programs, and establishing HR as a strategic contributor aligned with the Bank’s goals.
Her international experience includes a role at McKinsey & Company as HR Coordinator within the External Workers Centre of Excellence. At McKinsey, a globally renowned management consulting firm, she reportedly managed complex workforce processes across multiple regions, redesigned onboarding procedures, and improved compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.
Newton’s leadership approach is grounded in her PUSH Framework—”Purpose, Understanding, Sincerity & Service, Humility”—a model she created to promote genuine, service-oriented leadership. According to the release, this philosophy will be integrated with VF Inc.’s REACH model to support clients in achieving strategic and operational excellence while fostering resilience, inclusivity, and purpose-driven leadership.
VF Inc. marks her appointment as a significant step for the organization, emphasizing its dedication to innovation, capacity development, and organizational renewal. It further stated that because she is ommitted to mentorship, community involvement, and business transformation, Mrs. Newton aims to ensure VF Inc. remains a trusted partner to clients throughout Dominica and the wider Caribbean.
Mrs. Newton holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and is a Senior Certified Professional through SHRM (SHRM-SCP). She is also a Chartered Director and certified in Human Resources and Compensation Committee governance through the Caribbean Governance Training Institute. Additionally, she has advanced certifications in strategic workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development.
VF Inc. states that it sincerely thanks its clients and partners for their ongoing support, especially during the past four years of challenges and opportunities for resilience and growth. Under Mrs. Newton’s leadership, the company looks forward to a future defined by visionary guidance, client success, and meaningful regional impact.
