
Dominican candidates who wrote the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) examination, the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE), and the Caribbean Certificate of Secondary Level Competence (CCSLC) will be able to view their results online on Thursday, August 24, from 6:00 pm.
The announcement was made by Local Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) Registrar Magalie Celestine.
According to her, candidates may access their results via the student portal at https://www.cxc.org/student-results/.
Celestine said the public is reminded that these results are preliminary.
“Candidates who may have questions about their grades may submit requests for reviews or queries,” she explained.
She continued, “The deadline for submission is Friday 22, September 2023.”
Celestine added, “These reviews of queries may be about ungraded or absent marks, those are free of charge.”
She indicated, however; a script review cost US$30 per review.
Celestine wishes all the candidates the best in their results.
For the CSEC exams this year a total of 753 school candidates comprising 412 females and 341 males and 227 private candidates which comprises of 171 females and 56 males wrote the exams, 144 candidates, made up of 87 females and 57 males wrote the CAPE. For the CCSLC exams primarily for form 3 candidates, this year 691 school candidates wrote the exams, comprising of 297 females and 394 males and 1 private candidate who was a female.
