Five contestants announced for upcoming Miss Teen Dominica 2026

The Dominican public has been officially introduced to the five remarkable young women who will vie for the title of Miss Teen Dominica 2026.

They made their first public appearance during the launching ceremony held at the Alliance Française on Wednesday.

They are Jeffrine Joseph of the Castle Bruce Secondary School. Her main sponsor is the Waitukubuli Dance Theatre Company and her school.

Joyette Carbon of Portsmouth Secondary School. Her main sponsor is Climate Limited, and other sponsors include Aaron’s Gym, Beauty by Angie, Miranda’s Nails Plus, among others.

Janeece Williams of the Goodwill Secondary School. Her main sponsor is New India Insurance Co. Ltd. Her partial sponsors are Signal Band and Aid Bank.

Marina Jno Baptiste of Operation Youth Quake. Her main sponsor is the  Department of Social Services, and part sponsors Triple Kay International, and G Reckson Project Services.

The final contestant is Ladira Dyer of the Isaiah Thomas Secondary School. Her partial sponsors include Springfield Trading, and S-Mart Pharmacy.

The pageant is scheduled to take place on Sunday, February 8, at 5:00 PM.

    I am pleased the contestants are being introduced in their school uniforms. True beauty is not reliant on elaborate dress or a catwalk pose.
