Check the Public Order Act (Chapter 15:01) and you will be able to answer yourself. Religious processions or ceremonies are outside the definition of “public procession”, 2 (d), for the purposes of requesting permission from the Commissioner of Police three days before of Chap 15:01, 4 (1). For these cases the requirements are the sanction by the head of the denomination in the State (Most Rev. Kendrick J. Forbes) and the approval in writing by the Minister resposible.
