InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa is introducing live entertainment at Kwéyòl, the resort’s lively waterfront dining and bar venue.  The company shared that starting this month, both locals and visitors to the island can experience live shows featuring Toni Okini every Tuesday and Friday night.

Toni is described in a press statement as being “known for her soulful voice and performances that blend jazz, indie pop, world and Latin music”  and offering “a sound that celebrates connection, culture and community”. Originally from Kyiv, she has spent over ten years performing across Europe and the Middle East. Now residing in Dominica, she combines acoustic guitar renditions, popular classics, and contemporary dance hits at Kwéyòl, creating a musical atmosphere that is both soothing and invigorating.

“Kwéyòl has become a place where the community and our guests come together to relax, share stories and enjoy the best of Dominica,” said Ramy Haykal, General Manager of InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa. “Welcoming Toni to our stage is another step in creating an atmosphere that reflects the warmth and vibrancy of the island.”

Open to both the public and resort visitors, Kwéyòl features local-inspired dishes and handcrafted cocktails in a relaxed poolside setting just a short walk from Cabrits National Park. Toni’s performances are scheduled to start at 8:30 PM, adding to the nightlife scene in Portsmouth.
