The Office of Anthony Samora Charles, the Parliamentary Representative for the Marigot Constituency, reports that Hon. Charles participated in a significant meeting focused on creating a Regional Regulatory Authority for Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programs. This event took place on March 12, 2025, at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) Agency Office in Roseau, said a press release from the organization.
The meeting was organized by the ECCB in collaboration with the Interim Regulatory Commission (IRC) and featured informative presentations from prominent regional figures, including Mr. Timothy N. J. Antoine, the Governor of the ECCB.
The goal of this initiative, as oultined in the release, is to improve the transparency, accountability, and long-term viability of CBI programs throughout the member states of the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU).

Couldn’t somebody, some friend or neighbor, or relative of that bearded gorilla, dressed in that checkered clown suit, his pants is too long bubbling up over the ugly pair shoes one has ever seen!
I would hope he does not allow himself to accept the sale of passports as an industry rather than the creation of industries in the country.
I think the people of Marigot should keep an eye on him, I suspect he is on the corrupted side of the equation!
A vote for him, goes to Roosevelt.
