Ministry of Education, IsraAID launch hurricane preparedness activity book

The Ministry of Education, Human Resource Planning, Vocational Training & National Excellence has partnered with IsraAID to launch a Hurricane Preparedness Activity Book for primary school students.

The activity book provides a fun and interactive guide for children to learn about and prepare for a hurricane. It provides parents, guardians and children with useful tips, fun activities, important reminders, and a relatable story to help the entire family prepare for the hurricane season.

The release of the activity book was delayed due to a refocus on the reopening of school during the Coronavirus pandemic and the development of guidelines and protocols for the resumption of classes.

Okay, dummy, it’s called education. What you should probably be doing; you educate yourself and help educate others. And FYI it’s a partnership with many Dominicans who are working with them. So that means what they don’t know, they are able to learn and use resources together to help educate. The ignorance is sickening.
