
The Waitukubuli Dance Theatre Company’s 47th edition of the Miss Teen Dominica Pageant will feature five talented young women competing for the title of Miss Teen Dominica 2026.
Organizers stated via press release that the event is set to take place at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium on Sunday, February 8, starting at 5 PM.
The contestants are:
– Jeffrine Joseph from Castle Bruce Secondary School, representing with sponsorship from the National Cooperative Credit Union (NCCU) and the Waitukubuli Dance Theatre Company.
– Joyette Carbon of Portsmouth Secondary School, sponsored by Clim8 Ltd.
– Janice Williams of Goodwill Secondary School, supported by New India Assurance Co. Ltd., the National Bank of Dominica, NCCU, Signal Band, and the Aid Bank.
– Marina Jno Baptiste, affiliated with Operation Youth Quake, with sponsorship from NCCU, the Department of Social Services, Triple Kay International, and G. Reckson Project Services.
– Ladira Dyer from Isaiah Thomas Secondary School, backed by Springfield Trading, Archipelago Trading, and NCCU.
During the pageant, contestants will participate in an opening performance and will be evaluated across five categories: Promotional Speech, Talent Showcase, Creative Costume, Evening Wear, and Question & Answer.
The release shared that the 2026 event will also feature performances by reigning Calypso Monarch Joy, Janae Jackson, as well as finalists Nachel and Redz. The program will include appearances by the Junior Calypso Monarch, Junior Bouyon Monarch, the Waitukubuli Dancers, Bwa Bwa, and the Mahaut Sensay.
Anticipated to be a lively and captivating celebration of youth and culture, organizers promise that the Miss Teen Dominica 2026 pageant will be an exciting Carnival event that will appeal to audiences of all ages.
The event is primarily sponsored by A.C. Shillingford & Co. Ltd.
