
The stage is set for the 2024 Miss Wob Dwiyet pageant scheduled to take place tonight at the Old Mill Cultural Centre.
Seven beautiful young women from various parts of Dominica will compete for that title.
They are: Ciara Andrew representing Morne Rachete, Estaissia Laville representing Warner, Jasileah Jacob representing Paix Bouche, Heidi Ellick representing South City, Grandbay, Byanka Thomas representing Massacre, Treasure Anthony representing Canefield, and Zoryda Lewis representing Soufriere.
They will perform in various categories including a talent round, a spectacular round, and a wob dwiyet round.
The reigning Miss Wob Dwiyet is Tanisha Balson of Fond Canie.
The event is being organized by the Division of Culture and will begin at 8:00 PM.
Tickets are available at Bull’s Eye Pharmacy and Old Mill Cultural Center.
