OECS scholarships available for study in Morocco

The Government of Morocco is offering fully-funded tuition scholarships to citizens of  Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

According to an OECS press release, the application forms can be obtained from designated offices in each eligible country:

– Dominica: Ministry of Education, Training Division
– Antigua and Barbuda: Office of the Prime Minister
– Grenada: Ministry of Foreign Affairs
– Saint Kitts and Nevis: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bilateral Division
– Saint Lucia: Ministry of Education, Human Resources Department
– Saint Vincent and the Grenadines: Services Commission, Personnel Department

Eligibility Criteria:

– Applicants must be students from the specified OECS member states.
– Undergraduate applicants aged 19 to 23 years old, holding a CAPE or Associate Degree with grades A or B in 2024, or those preparing for the same in 2025, with a strong academic record over the past two semesters.
– Graduate applicants holding a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with grades A or B who are interested in pursuing a Master’s degree.

The deadline for scholarship applications is July 4, 2025.

Webinar Information:

To support applicants, the Embassies of the Eastern Caribbean States in Morocco, together with the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean Students in Morocco (OECSM) and the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), will host an informational webinar. The session aims to provide guidance on the application process for each participating country. Attendees will hear from current scholarship recipients and officials, who will discuss:

– What the scholarship covers
– Application procedures
– Eligibility conditions and requirements
– Student life in Morocco
– Additional relevant information about studying in Morocco

    We can support Morocco in many ways but not their claim to Western Sahara or any more African land than they got in their jihad across North Africa from Egypt W. Sahara.
    They only give these things (thanks) in return for votes at the UN like they now own you or they stop the ‘AID’.
