Outsource Development Studio launches the Little Go Getters Dominica movement amongst other developments in 2025

Outsource Development Studio, in collaboration with various local partners, introduced The Little Go Getters Dominica Movement on June 17, 2025. The Dominica-based company shared in its 2025 yearly recap that the initiative aims to motivate children by fostering entrepreneurial thinking, enhancing problem-solving abilities, and encouraging creativity.

At the beginning of the summer season, the organization states that it organized a series of community block parties, supported by sponsors including Jollys Pharmacy, Do It Center, Dominica Electricity Services, and Oceans Forward. As the academic year resumed, plans were announced to conduct a school tour designed to familiarize students with the “The Little Go Getters” book series and its engaging educational activities.

Between September and November, the team visited four primary schools as part of their outreach program:

– Berean Christian Academy
– Giraudel Primary School
– Morne Prosper Primary School
– Massacre Canefield Primary School

Support was reportedly received from sponsors Jollys Pharmacy, Corp-EFF Insurance Company Ltd., Express Courier, and Auto Trade Ltd., whose contributions helped turn the vision into reality.

Additionally, in partnership with the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management (SCHSBM), the organization launched the Better Me, Better You, Better Businesses courses in 2025.

The release explained that these programs are designed to address the ongoing development needs of executives and senior managers, promoting innovative thinking, challenging traditional practices, and driving organizational transformation.

Furthermore, the organization has officially registered a new intellectual property, EarthGold, which celebrates Afro-Caribbean arts, fashion, and superfoods. The inaugural collection, titled “I Have a Very Big God,” is now exclusively available at the Earth Gold – Mother Land Store.

According to the team, the collection offers culturally significant, stylish products aimed at honoring heritage and promoting wellness.

“We wish you a Happy New Year and continued success in all that lies ahead. As we enter 2026, our theme is Ascend, a year focused on growth, elevation, and purposeful advancement. We look forward to building, learning, and rising together in the year ahead,” said the release.
