A private equity firm based in the Middle East, Vanguard MENA, has dispelled rumors of their Gulf Career Program being a scam. DNO reached out to the organization inquiring further into its offering amidst a sea of apparently fraudulent opportunities labelled as “Gulf Career” programs. In response, Public Relations official Mr. Mohamed Zaid identified the company as “a reputable platform solely dedicated to fostering career development and providing comprehensive training opportunities for individuals looking to work and live in the Gulf Region.”
When asked about consumer complaints that had been circulating online, Mr Zaid further stated that “the Gulf Career Program distinguishes itself from numerous recruitment scams in the region by steering clear of any promise of guaranteed employment at a specific company. Unlike fraudulent practices, we never ask job seekers to pay for interviews. Instead, our program fees grant access to a wide range of valuable resources.”
Emphasizing the transparency of the program, he distanced the Vanguard MENA program from companies that were named in an online forum and had allegedly defrauded several complainants.
Three of the allegedly fraudulent companies listed are:
1. Gulfcareers.in
2. Naukrifastforward
3. Dubaijobs.net
Regarding the required fees, Zaid encouraged prospective applicants to further look into the benefits listed on the first page of the website, and clarified that the purpose of payment is to provide “…access to our comprehensive training platform, inclusive of training materials, cultural integration programs, seminars, networking events, and various program-related activities.”
Additionally, he stressed that the fees which are required, are not a guarantee of placement or job securement, but an “investment [which] ensures that participants receive a holistic and well-supported learning experience.”
The Program, which follows the Global Labor Market Conference 2023 held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focuses on the economies of Saudi Arabia and the UAE and is reported to be aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the UAE Economic Vision 2030.
According to Vanguard MENA, the target is to secure 100,000 participants within the global reach of 56 countries, ensuring that the program’s aim of attracting talent to the Gulf region will span territories in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and The Caribbean. Another reported goal of the program is to stimulate international career development.
A press release disseminated by the organization states that the launch is set to unfold in stages, with the Caribbean taking the lead in open registration up to February 15, 2024, followed by scheduled local interviews and career seminars being conducted from March 12, 2024.

DNO did you review the eligibility of this before you post it? It smells like a scam. It is asking you to pay a fee of over US$100.00 to register.

De opportunities for Dominica in this huge ocean is worth studying
I look at the listed Caribbean countries, South America and North American locations.
250 000 jobs?
Makes you feel like an egg in a bucket
How many positions can be taken by regular Dominicans in any given career position
Based on population density how many jobs are available for us
how would we compare say with Miami or New York, or Guatemala
It so difficult for us to be hired locally by foreigners.
This sounds like a good opportunity for us as we’ve got a way out of our current hardship. Will definitely check out their sites.
Don’t go. Unless you want to be a camel. You already a donkey here working for peanuts.
I want to urge my fellow Dominican brothers and sisters to be very wary of this so call opportunity in these countries….Quatar, Saudi Arabia and the likes. These people have no respect for black people. Please do your research on the misery, mal treatment that your fellow African brothers and sisters have received, continue to recieve from these people. They do not consider you humans. You are their property when you get there. Just take a listen to this link:

Dcans better be careful with these so called jobs. Just ask the Phillipines what their nationals who have taken on work offers especially as domestic helpers in these Arab countries have been subjected to. Dca don’t have the resources to protect it’s citizens who will fall prey to these people. Muslims treat all non muslims and especially blacks as infidels. So careful people, be careful when taking jobs in the middle east.
Long years I wanted to work for ARAMCO and was chasing a Brand Ambassador position – never happened but still happy with newly established diplomatic.relation.and I. still hoping it brings new things to us. Improvements for our people.
I requested to reblog Arab News a few years ago with 2030 vision and the changes where women are concerned before diplomatic ties.
I. trying to find out whether there are possibilities for a few few waivers. we have a. newly established diplomatic relations with this region and there is the real great candidates who can be recruited with great work ethics etc. but these individuals might be unable to pay the fees
I t would be great if a few of these individuals would be considered or at least their cause which could definitely elevate their standard of living and strengthen the relationship with this region.
