Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit, along with Prime Minister Phillip J. Pierre of Saint Lucia, will undertake a one-day official visit to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. today, October 22, 2025,
The St Vincent Times reported that during their stay, the leaders will tour two significant developments: the Acute Care Hospital at Arnos Vale and the newly upgraded Port of Kingstown. They will also hold discussions with Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves and members of his Cabinet.
After the official engagements, a press briefing will be held at the conference room located within the Modern Port facility.
The article referred to these three as leaders. Wrong! It is more appropriate to describe all three as rulers.
Here is the differences between the two: A RULER concentrates mainly on maintaining POWER. Control, authority and self-interest are his primary focus. Conversely, a leader brings out the best in his people. He inspires, influences and lead the way for others by example.
All three Labourites are cut from the same cloth. They aim is to maintain power and feed from the trough until death.
Official visit…yeah right! Must be some ULP nonsense going on in SVG.
But maybe that visit will inspire El Supremo to actually build the port he’s been promising for the past 15 years.
Roosevelt is a tourist. He just visits Dominica for a few days before he jets all over the globe to near and remote places. In a very short space of time he has journeyed to the Vatican in Europe, then to Cambodia in Asia, now to SVG just to knock glass with Comrade Ralph and enjoy each other’s company.
DNO use your influential relationships to unearth how much it has costed taxpayers for the last twenty one years for Roosevelt’s rendezvous around the globe . My very conservative estimate is well north of a $ 1 000 000 000.
What has the country gained of value for this mind-boggling sum of money? Little! Meanwhile the national depth to GDP is insane. Roosevelt will leave a legacy of debt, poverty and suffering for generations yet unborn. Roosevelt’s reckless spending has every new born baby well over $50 000 in debt. Craziness!

While i oppose Americas intervention in the region, this does not mean that you are a nice little baby who wont kill a fly. You are, and has been the region’s most wicked Prime Minister, and i know all you devilish work, for which the reward you alone will face, after you have left office, or who knows, it could be before also.
