DNO I don’t like that PM Skerrit thingy because people understand PM to mean different things. In our Creole palace some understand PM to mean Prime matterre. In the case of the Aljazeera video the former PM OJ could flip it over to Mp to mean Master Plan while some understand PM to mean Prime murderer. So next time in ur headline just tell us what PM means ok

Dominicans, should read the book 48 laws of power and they will understand where Skerrit plans to take them, especially those Labourites voting for personal gains. Skerrit paid for you all soul, yes you sold it to him. but its never to late. Jesus can get it back from the devil, its going to be hard because you must turn away from the handouts for this to work.

Here is the first joke before I place my comment : Hon. Demon gives Hon. Satan his oath using the bible lol . Hon Satan vows to do what Hon Demon wants him to do, so all you expect anything good?
    Now to the real vibes.
    1. So because Aljazeera caught and exposed
the alleged $200k that was delivered to a petrol station account PM felt it was because of poor communication so he tookTelecommunications and Broadcasting to ensure corrupt acts don’t go viral again?
So PM because you told the world that you gonna make Dominica the first Resilience country of the world and instead Al Jazeera showed us as the most corrupt country, you took that portfolio to try to fool us? But PM we know is you that made us the most corrupt country
    3. So Pm, you mean to tell us that because of the fiasco that place in a certain village council in the north, you took Economics from the lady? But PM why didn’t you allow the police to investigate what happened? Were you scared it would…

    Imagine a cricket team with the following;
    1. Captain- Holder
    2. Vice captain – Holder
    3.Manager- Holder
    4. Chief selector – Holder
    5 .Physio- Holder
    6. Scorer- Holder
What would you expect from that team? When he is supposed to be there trying to Captain he has to be there scoring. Doesn’t that have all the looks of a team heading into serious defeat? That’s exactly where Skerrit is going to plunge us. But is zort pastor BJ said we sort so let’s die screaming labor power and blow the Rams horn as we head into defeat. I’m sure the our Caricom leaders will clap us into complete defeat since our defeat will be their victory

I really don’t understand why the Dictator stoped there. He should have taken all the portfolios like a true Dictator. Question remains, what is he planning to do with these puppets in cabinet.

My understanding to this is, the PM subordinates letting him down. They don’t keep proper records and accept signatures, therefore, all the blames are falling on him.Don’t know is not answer so, he wants to know what is taking place so that, he can be fair and honest with everybody, and I mean everybody. It is a lot of work but somebody has to do it for the benefit of people and Country. Best of luck to him I say.

Skerrit has fallen woefully short in qualifications for most of these portfolios. He has no formal training in economics but yet, he, for whatever purpose , holds on tightly to this portfolio. It’s blatantly conspicuous that he is not a good manager of money. This man has Dominica in a state of economic stagnation and retrogression for most of his deplorable reign.

    • KID ON THE BLOCK
      December 17, 2019

Little Boy Red, put Mr. Linton and Mr. Skerrit to debate , guess who will get embarrassed. Skerrit talks and thinks like an illiterate, Mr. Linton conversely is articulate, eloquent, astute and intellectually superior to the corrupt fella. Dominica is rapidly regressing into barrenness and abject poverty under Skerrit’s tenancy of the Office of Prime Minister. Watch as Dominica continues to slide into nothingness.

    Skerrit run things.

  25. December 17, 2019

I’ve never understood why so many Caribbean PMs do this. If your party has talent, why not use it? Everyone will still know that you’re large and in charge.

If nothing else, it suggests that the ministries of Economic Affairs, Investment, Planning, and Sustainable Development are redundant and should be consolidated.

  26. WeNiceMan
    December 17, 2019

Most of it I get. Since they naturally fall under the OPM and the Minister of Finance anyway. But for telecommunications I really don’t see the benefit of removing from a ministry to which it might be more akin. Like say the ministry of public works. It could actually warrant a stand alone ministry more than say the Kalinago ministry which should be a sub ministry.

But let’s wait and see what the rest of the laundry list of made up ministries look like. Which is unfortunately a sad trend in the caribbean lately. Everybody has to be “kept happy.” Of course at the expense of the tax payers and the good of the country as a whole.
