The Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force (CDPF) are currently investigating the discovery of a body inside a vehicle believed to be a vagrant man known as Black Magic.
The grim find was made earlier today, on High Street, Roseau, on the side of the building which houses the Traffic department.
Dominica News Online (DNO) have been reliably informed by police sources that
the individual may have been inside the vehicle for several days, as some degree of decomposition was seen upon discovery.
The circumstances surrounding “Black Magic’s” death is currently under investigation.
DNO will continue to follow this story and report any new development as the investigation unfolds.

I don’t understand that in this hot weather a decomposing body, which should have had a stench could remain there for days before the police became aware. Was the body treated with some substance to minimize the bad smell?. Come on tell me the whole story, because something is missing from the story told so far.

In big, advanced America, there are vagrants and homelessness, and bums, and beggars in every city, county, and zip codes. They live on the streets, in cars, in abandoned houses, on peoples’ porches, in the subway, on public buses. What are you talking about? Why don’t you open a shelter for them and stop running your mouth? Do something. Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country.

Kid I can tell you for a fact,all those who say bad things about the government are failures.I know a number of Dominicans who would do better returning to Dominica.Some Dominicans in the US are living on handouts from the church,soup kitchen and foodstamps.I was surprised to see Dominicans who had a good job in Dominica,become drug addicts,drunkards,unemployed and homeless.A number of Dominicans are amputees,some double,who have died in poverty unable to return to Dominica.A large number of Dominicans are in prison in the US and hundreds of Dominican women are single mothers and married more than once.If you go to the immigration dept right now,hundreds of Dominicans living in the diaspora are applying for Dominican passport and thousands have 2 passports Dominicans who are successfull in the diaspora do not criticize the government.Teachers and police turn to labourers,pool cleaners and babysitters living in basement or 2×4 rooms struggling to survive.Dominica is paradise. and FREE.
I have repeatedly said that the problem of poverty and vagrancy has become a monumental headache in Dominica and it is growing. What is the administration doing to reduce it to negligible levels? Absolutely nothing!
