Times in Dominica are hard. This fact is borne out by the number and nature of the crimes being committed. The economy is shipwrecked on a reef comprised of metamorphic rocks. Sadly, it has continued to be battered by gigantic swells of corruption, greed, selfishness, ignorance and evil.

Poverty is the mother of crime. Once Dominica has this moron at the helm of government, crime will continue to spiral out of control. Get rid of Roosevelt and his cult.
