Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit’s Christmas Message

Fellow Citizens

“Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!

2 Corinthians: 9:15

This Christmas season, I remind you of the importance of God’s ultimate gift to us in the form of his Son. Jesus Christ was given unto us as our Saviour. Because he lived, we are blessed with the privilege of repentance through atonement. When we falter, stumble or are weak, we can take refuge in the grace and mercy of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

In his embrace, we are assured peace and strength in times of trial.

2022 was another tough year. The prevailing economic difficulties threaten to deepen and further compromise our efforts to build a safe, secure society in which our people can thrive. We face mounting challenges associated with the impact of climate change on our vulnerable communities. Food and commodity prices continue to rise, exacerbated by the war in Europe.

Unforeseen expenditures due to COVID-19 and the effects of severe weather events have stymied many of our development programmes and curtailed spending power on key public goods and services.

Despite our challenges, we celebrate Christmas and look ahead to the New Year with a sense of optimism. Our hope is rooted in the experience of this Government, which I have the honour to lead, to steer us through trying times. Following my party’s general elections victory of December 6, 2022, we have combined experience with youthful fervor and purpose to effect meaningful change in the lives of all Dominicans, in every part of our beloved country.

The National Reset is underway with a renewed focus on people-centered development; an effective, accountable public service; and the fostering of social partnerships. We have put structures in place to spur growth in entrepreneurship and small business, implement education reform and strengthen our fisheries sector to take advantage of opportunities in the blue economy.

Securing our people’s wellbeing and livelihoods and ensuring their comfort and dignity will always be a priority. We are pursuing policies which support the welfare of our seniors and provide our youth with the platform and means to build sound, promising futures.

2023 presents a gift of learning, growth and hope. Let us commit to the principles of unity and cooperation in the pursuit of the security and stability of our people and country. The progress and prosperity we seek can be achieved through collaboration and harmonious action.  In this season and thereafter, let us embody God’s goodness, defined by compassion, kindness, gentleness and patience with our fellow men.

On behalf of the Government of Dominica and from my family to yours- Malik, Dimitry, Isabella and Melissa-I wish you a peaceful and merry Christmas.

May God continue to bless us all.

Mr Skerrit do you realize that that the word CHRIST is in Christmas?
Here is a warning from the apostle Paul to evil people like you:…and, “Let every one who nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.” 2 Timothy 2:19.

Boss I know you too deep in iniquity and you are at the point of no return but Gason just do not call Christ name period

Can Satan stop sinning? No! Neither does villainous Roosevelt. The man is the world’s most notorious LIAR.

Going before a world audience and lying about the hierarchy of the UWP attempted a coup d’etat against him and his administration, knowing fully well that this was patently false, Roosevelt should go down in the annals of history as having no equals when it comes to LYING and DISHONESTY.

Ibo France, you are so, so foolish! Satan is the great spirit of evil and wickedness, so he cannot do his evil works by himself, then he places his spirit in people like you.

Satan is God’s enemy, so he is out to rebel against Him, he started by using Adam and Eve, and continues to this day, through you and those with the canal state of mind like yours.

Satan knows that he is heading in an eternal pit of darkness, and he is planning to take those like you with him, you are too ignorant to know that, how sorrowful!

In other words, the sin that Satan is doing, he is doing it through you, for he already knows the pain of punishment, he wants you to know it just like him.

So continue with your foolish pride, arrogance, pomposity, and rudeness; as Satan is influencing you to do so, you will have your reward, at the chosen time of the Almighty and Holy God–just as Satan did. Don’t say you were not warned.

Your diatribe should more appropriately be directed at your deity ( Lying Roosevelt). Stop casting aspersions my way.

Yes, absolutely right, Satan is the great spirit of evil and wickedness! And that’s what you are worshipping and defending here. You can’t be that thick not to see that. So you are just a hypocrite like all your fellow Skerrit supporters.

A message from Satan who knows how to disguise himself into an angel of light . “ Nor do their tactics surprise me when I consider how Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is only to be expected that his agents shall have the appearance of ministers of righteousness—but they will get their deserts one day. 2 Corinthians 11:14-15

Apparently he does. It was a blessing to all and sundry that Roosevelt Skerrit was reelected to be the Supreme Leader of Dominica for another 5 years. That was a blessing. I don’t know what church you go to. You must be a wicked pastor.
