Love Link TV & Productions has announced that the casting process is now open throughout the Caribbean for the highly anticipated debut season of “Love Link Caribbean”. The producers say this innovative dating reality series builds upon the success of the region’s pioneering pilot, “The Mixer”.
After its initial premiere, which reportedly attracted over 18,000 viewers within just two days, “Love Link Caribbean” is described as a significant development of the original concept, broadening its scope to include singles from all across the Caribbean. The release says the show seeks fearless, adventurous, and romantically aspirational individuals to join a fresh chapter in Caribbean entertainment.

“The Mixer” gained the audiences’ attention as the first dating reality series shot entirely in Antigua and Barbuda. Building on that success, “Love Link Caribbean” spokespersons say it aims to highlight the diversity, beauty, and unique personalities of Caribbean singles from various backgrounds through a comprehensive regional casting initiative.
“Our goal has always been to produce a show that truly embodies our Caribbean identity—our culture, charm, and the complexities of love and relationships,” said Donald and Jamila Watkins, the creators and executive producers. “Expanding our casting efforts allows us to bring even more untold love stories into the spotlight.”
The series is hosted by Antigua’s own Shermain Jeremy and Mario Connor, and combines scenic island settings with heartfelt matchmaking challenges, touching moments, and what producers say are some surprising twists. Beyond entertainment, the release stated that Love Link Caribbean seeks to redefine the portrayal of romance and regional identity on television.
“In today’s world, dating can often seem superficial, especially on TV,” remarked Jamila Watkins, co-creator and producer. “With Love Link Caribbean, we’re creating a space for genuine connections and meaningful stories, showcasing Caribbean individuals who are proud of their roots and values.”
