Search for missing Fond Cole fisherman ongoing

The Dominica Coast Guard continues its search for a fisherman from Fond Cole who was reported missing after going out fishing on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

The fisherman has been identified as Pattison Walsh.

Upon receiving the news, the fishing community of Fond Cole as well as his family, friends, and loved ones have expressed sadness following his disappearance.

His boat was found by the Coast Guard officers and brought to shore on the same morning. However, he has not yet been found.
