The SouthEast Renaissance Group, in partnership with key stakeholders from Dominica’s southeastern district, is spearheading the SouthEast Renaissance Vacation 2024, taking place from July 11 to July 21, 2024.
The organizers are promising an unforgettable experience in Dominica’s Southeastern District. The vacation will showcase homegrown tourism activities, celebrating family, friends, culture, food, music, adventure, and investment prospects. Residents of Dominica and the diaspora from Grandfond, Riviere Cyrique, Morne Jaune, LaPlaine, Boetica, and Delices are invited to participate in this opportunity to reconnect with their roots and commemorate community spirit.
The event will feature a variety of activities, from river cookouts highlighting Southeastern cuisine to a formal gala showcasing elegance, as well as wellness and family-focused events. Participants will have the chance to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Dominica’s southeast, fostering unity and community engagement in each village.
In addition to leisure and cultural experiences, the SouthEast Renaissance Vacation 2024 will offer investment opportunities to support local micro-industries in the district. Attendees are encouraged to explore and contribute to the growth of these businesses, adding to the area’s distinctive appeal.
