
Reigning Miss Dominica, Tanisha Balson, earned the Second Runner-Up position in the Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant held in Nevis on Monday night, August 4.
Taking top honors was Shadiamond Assannah of Guyana, whose win marked the country’s third consecutive victory in the regional pageant. Assannah now joins a growing list of Guyanese titleholders who have dominated the competition in recent years.
Sherquanya Jeffers of St. Kitts & Nevis secured the First Runner-Up spot, showcasing her nation’s strong presence at the event.
The pageant was sponsored by First Federal Co-operative Credit Union and featured contestants from across the Caribbean vying for the coveted crown.
