
The Regional Judicial and Legal Services Commission (RJLSC) has announced a notable development ahead of its scheduled meeting on March 13, 2026.
The Chairman of the Commission, the Honourable Mr. Justice Winston Anderson, officiated the swearing-in ceremony for three newly appointed members of the CARICOM Competition Commission (CCC). An RJLSC media release said this event marked an important step as these individuals prepare to undertake their responsibilities in promoting equitable competition, safeguarding consumer interests, and bolstering the integration efforts of the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME).
In accordance with the obligations set forth by the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas, the RJLSC officially administered the Oath of Office to the following Commissioners:

– Ms. Ayiesha De Coteau Sammy
– Mr. Joel Allen
