We thank the Organization of American States, the Caribbean Community, and the Commonwealth, whose electoral observation missions helped provide transparency to Dominica’s democratic process.

In the mind of the US Dominica followed the Democratic process called election and that we were congratulated for. But also in their congratulation letter the never congratulated the PM or the dlp people say that won the election.
So based on what I read above I must conclude that America holds the same view as Lennox Linton and the UWP by refusing to congratulate Skerrit and the DLP, which leads me to believe that they agree with Mr. Linton and the UWP that the election was stolen. That’s the undercover message that I see
