    The headline says “Shinto Abe”. I think you might want to correct that DNO.

    Except for the letterhead,there is no mention of Dominica.Another high level of stupidity coming from a so called doctor on behalf of UWP.Everything Japan have done for Dominica UWP have criticize.Hypocritesand liars they are.

    Thank you very much DNO for posting this letter, i was a bit shock and taken aback when i heard the UWP sent out a letter of condolence to the Japanese people…. but now i understand the connection…….. Thanks again!!!!
