A strong tropical wave is affecting most of the Lesser Antilles, particularly the southern islands. Its passage is expected to maintain increased moderate to heavy showers, thunderstorms and gusty winds across the island into tonight. People in areas prone to flooding, landslides, and falling rocks should remain alert and exercise caution.
Seas are expected to become moderate to rough during the next 12 to 24 hours, with wave heights increasing to near 7ft along the west coast and to near 10ft along the east coast. A Small Craft Warning is now in effect. Small craft operators and sea-bathers should remain alert and exercise caution.
