Unstable conditions following the passage of a tropical wave are expected to result in occasional cloudiness and a few scattered showers across the island during tonight. A gradual reduction in moisture levels together with an increase in dust haze concentration can be expected by tomorrow.
As a result, the flood warning for Dominica has been discontinued as of 6pm. People in areas prone to landslides and falling rocks should continue to exercise some caution.
Meanwhile, another tropical wave is expected to move across the area by late Saturday into Sunday.
Moderate seas are anticipated during the next 24 hours with waves peaking to 7.0ft.
