People in areas prone to surface runoff, flooding, landslides and falling rocks are advised to remain alert and exercise extreme caution, as the ground is saturated.
Seas are forecast to be slight to moderate over the next 24 hours, with waves peaking to 3 feet along the west coast and to 8 feet along the east coast. A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect for the eastern coastline. Mariners and other sea users are advised to remain alert and exercise caution.
