How is it that members.of parliament are not missing the head of government at parliamentary seatings.

Why can’t someone table a vote of no confidence n these people? If this is such n important issue why are.they not present?
From the budget address – he did not deliver and he was there in parliament. I hope we are not having an Ambrose George type of arrest or other such.
