I listened briefly to this man empty rest (not press) conference, where this man seems to have embarrassed Matt Peltier and his radio talk show.
Can you imagine this muppet have the cheek to say to Matt that Loftus DOESNT’ represent anybody in Dominica? This man is dangerous and lack moral values.
How disrespectful to the civic organisations as well as the opposition in Dominica which Loftus represents.
Matt couldn’t/ didn’t fight back with a response, he should’ve tell this muppet to “stay in his lane” and should refrain from addressing his guess who isn’t there to defend himself.
When we continue to allow this man to be insulting, disrespectful and denigrate our people, it become clear that there’s a fear to challenge this man which is very upsetting.
You are absolutely right. This guy, Roosevelt, gets superlative pleasure in throwing around insults. He blurs the line between government and political partisanship.
At that imitation of a press conference, he was there as the chief steward of the country not as a Labourite to spout insult and disparaging remarks about fellow citizens you perceived to be opponents. Unprofessional! Uncouth! Uncivilized! Totally Inappropriate!
Roosevelt acts like stray dog but there are people who respects him. A dog with money and position is called Mr. Dog.
“I run things” (in Dominica). Words pompously brayed by the least educated political leader in the Caribbean.
How did this unlearned, gibbering numskull become prime minister? The reminds of the Sri Lankan proverb – “If there is no tiger in the forest the monkey will become king.”
Dominicans! It is by no accident nor bad luck that the country after twenty years of Roosevelt’s leadership or lack thereof is cemented at rock bottom in the western hemisphere. Bad, ungodly and scandalous governance is the primary reason.
but wait….hope he learning from seria?? huge walls around the house won’t be able to help…. at 31 u were not as arrogant like now….the power has gotten all over u….buying properties and gathering wealth is all that matters…..madoro will always accept you….the us will accept you just to investigate you and this useless bunch…..since u have taken office Dominica lost all of its values….giving houses does not bring any money to the treasury…..u are indeed a very sick man…..something is affecting your brain….
As usual, every so-called press conference by this serial Liar, amounts to nothing more than unadulterated rubbish. It’s mentally exhausting listening to him.
With him, it’s always somebody else’s fault or responsibility. He takes no blame but hogs all the praise. His pronouncements at these meticulously choreographed talkshows have a hostile relationship to facts and truth.
The journalists are put at a huge disadvantage during the question and evasion time. The journalist asked the question(s), Roosevelt answer by evading or insulting. It is the follow-up questions that are the most important. The format of questioning used at these useless events, don’t allow the reporters a chance to ask follow up questions.
Journalists should boycott this imposter’s futile briefings. Let him go on his favourite radio stations to mouth his nonsense.
