What a farce, what a Pappy Show. Plenty of ahm, ahm, ahm and more ahm. And then of course the constant self recognition and cheap propaganda and then more ahm, ahm, ahm and ah. In other countries they air things like that under the general heading ‘standup comedy’.
Let’s rename this house to the House of stuttering and spluttering. OMG
I would like to see a parliament where rigorous debate, without rancor, takes place about pertinent issues affecting the country. Also, a place where the polices of the ruling administration are meticulously checked and challenged to arrive at the best possible outcomes for the country.
Unfortunately, what we get under Roosevelt’s stewardship is nothing but grandstanding, anarchy, abuse of privileges , hostility and horse manure. Parliament has become a useless instrument.
Dominica’s parliament is so dysfunctional, that if an alien were to land n Dominica and listen to a live session for the first time, it would think parliament is a place where lunatics go to exact vengeance.
Not a parliament but a theatre of the absurd where Labour ministers attempt to look half competent and loyal to the dictator. Cozier looks terrified he’ll get found out.
