Toto, Skerrit is as brave as e paper tiger. Take away his militia and you will see his true self. Without his ‘Death Squad’ and the office of the Prime Minister, the man is a NONENTITY. What has he accomplished besides getting his present position by default.
Look at his academic achievement which he struggled mightily to get . Some alleged that he got plenty of outside assistance to barely attaining a first degree. The man is an English major and he butchers the language.

Is the budget going to be a full accounting of all missing money as well as the whereabouts of the millions collected in the C B I program, who controls that money is it in the Treasury where it is supposed to be or in someones personal overseas bank account. People need to know where all the money went and to who. Why are Dominicans still living in poverty with no jobs and future when millions has been collected by yours truly who is living like a king.
I think what the budget will account for is that missing money he gave you and your family to survive.

Saint Lucia has shown us a different style by changing their political administration on every election for the 21st century and for this their economy remains the number one in the OECS, remember we use to share top spot with them many decades ago. we should learn from the people of St Lucia, who has stumped out corruption by removing the administrators who enable and partake in such activity… congratulations to the people of Saint Lucia. Parliament is no place for thieves!
In all seriousness, can DNO or any citizen tell me what Melissa Skerrit does to justify a hearty monthly salary from the government coffers? She will not contribute to the budget debate, the lady does not have any portfolio. In fact, she should be labeled a ghost minister. She’s just contributing to the national debt.
Her job is to walk around with yours truly look good and dictate policy. That’s what royalty is supposed to do with the villagers to give them hope.
She is the cherry on Roosevelt’s cake and seeing the expansion of his girth he is enjoying his cake.
Dominica needs our prayers continuously. Think of what might happen in our Island when this man is no longer “running things.” I see much unrest, looting and killing, buildings going up in flames and the unimaginable atrocities which might/will take place in Dominica. We have had hurricanes such as David, Maria and such like. But what I see coming on us in Dominica could be worse than all the hurricanes combined. People, the devil is not a force to hug and play with. The elements of evil forces have enveloped our Island and it’s just a matter of time before such forces are fully magnified. Parliament…like everything else is a fashion statement….no sensible, valuable delivery from the Government of the day.
Mr. Skerrit has delivered sixteen (16) consecutive budgets in parliament with much pomp & splendor and fanfare for the last few times accompanied by Melissa in her ridiculously looking Kentucky Derby female spectator’s head ware. .
Each time, the budget promises much but life conversely gets progressively worse for the average resident Cost of living rises, unemployment mushrooms, putting food on the family table is a headache and insurmountable obstacles to progress multiply.
The budget session in parliament has become replete with lies and an opportunity for grandstanding by law breakers well attired in jacket and tie. Lastly, for miscreants of the ruing regime to display their worst behavior by fabricating, insulting, screaming and generally making an ugly spectacle of themselves.
CONCLUSION:- The budget sessions are just an exercise in futility and the parliament has become a useless instrument and the Speaker supremely unfit for the task.
I shall not listen to liar Skerrit, but shall listen tomorrow when Linton is responding to liar Skerrit lies.
I hope the little coward, liar Skerrit, will sit his butt in parliament and listen to Linton’s rebuttal…Liar Skerrit must have been a very very dunce Maths student at school. Just give him figures. He can’t read them, he cant understand them. What a dunce and embarrassing leader.
Dominica is unique! In no other country in the Caribbean or in the outer world, a leader habitually walks out of parliament when the Opposition gets up to make his rebuttal to the budget speech.
This shows immature, infantile and undisciplined nature of Mr. Skerrit. It also shows the gross disrespect for the citizens who have voted for the opposition leader to represent their best interest in the highest law body of the land.

No Ibo, mr. Linton is the only Dominican really fears, he does not want to face him and he stammers, shakes and stutters when he does. I really believe Roosevelt Skerrit is a coward, just like a playground bully.
Strangely, he never got expelled from high school for doing poorly and being obstinate. Looks like his opposition was. How about that? Skerrit is doing well in his Saks 5th Avenue suits. That is how you are supposed to dress up after being an excellent student in High School.
