Dominicans must file a matter to be heard against Roosevelt Skerrit for: Robbing the Public Purse and abuse of public Office which falls under the guidelines on matters which can be referred to unjust and Self enrichment I am sure there is some case law you can refer to let the matter be heard,,,
Illicit Enrichment generally refers to a situation in which a person has enjoyed some sort of wealth that cannot or has not been justified as coming from a legitimate source of income.

Has the prime minister implied that the applicant completes their due diligence only after obtaining citizenship? 🤣🤣🤣. Unfortunately, It seems like we’ve given the person permission to assume that we’re all ignorant. How in the world are you going to inquire about the person’s passport cost during the due diligence process? This is absurd since payment is contingent upon approval and due diligence. One thing that pleases me at this press conference is that the PM reluctantly admitted to not paying some individuals who provide services to the state and that the hospital was short of certain medications. However, I was upset by the ridiculous excuses given, as I thought they indicated that he did not think much of the intellectuals of the populace. I hope the PM gets to see the interview with Kwame Kilpatrick and Marc Lamont Hill. He should also get a copy of the kingdom connection from Q95 for Monday, July 15, 2024. Both speak to leadership and how pride and arrogance precede a fall.

It’s a press conference and the press specifically asked Skerrit about Dominica and our cbi money that’s not able to come down. Nobody asked Skerrit about CARICOM because frankly we are concerned about Dominica. But the man completely shifted the question into CARICOM banks that might soon lose corresponding bank and foreign currencies won’t be able to come to CARICOM.
Mr PM, what the heck is going on with Dominica? Have we lost our corresponding bank? Mr PM are you now suggesting that you have finally wrecked Dominica, since you destroyed both the banana industry and coconut industry and then got rid of Ross University, just so you could build a cbi economy so Dominicans could be at your mercy? Mr PM, how much money do we have abroad and are not able to move through our correspondence bank ? Roosevelt never offers a straight and simple answer to any question asked at these conferences. He always gives long, meandering, convoluted answers to with the sole intention to confuse and obfuscate.
You ask him about the sales of passports specific to Dominica, he will involve all the CARICOM countries plus the European Union.
Anyone who usually gives long, winding replies where it only requires a terse answer is mostly engaged in trickery, lies, half-truths and distortions.
Can we trust what emanates from the mouth of Roosevelt? Trust must be earned and Roosevelt has already proven himself unworthy of it.
What you get from these carefully choreographed gatherings are fairytales, distortions of truth, and unadulterated watery cow dung.
Instead of making Dominica the envy of the world he has engaged in the political vandalism of the country. Agriculture vandalised; corruption maximised; economy minimised; residents pauperised and terrorised; government offices scandalized; truth despised.
After each ‘press conference’, people return to their same miserable, hopeless life no discernible change for the better.
