The body of a man was discovered in Fond Cole on Tuesday morning.
DNO was informed that the body was discovered by a relative of the man.
DNO was also informed the police have been informed and are investigating the incident.
An official report on the matter will be published when it becomes available.
Just last week the body of Kervin Alleyne was discovered in his house in Fond Cole.

Somebody needs to go to Haiti to see what is going on in this place. Fond Cole again. That is abnormal. Something is really wrong here. Only a good Haitian can help us figure this out.

Is there a serial killer in Dominica? Is murder becoming a game now? This is truly perplexing and disconcerting. What is it that is driving people to become demonically heartless? Unnatural deaths are happening so frequently in Dominica that even the undertakers should be sorry.

I hope the police will conduct a thorough investigation into these matters. First, speak to the relatives and friends, those who last saw him and spoke to him, those who had any conversation with him and about anyone he spoke about, if he had problems with them, where he went and with whom. This is where you commence first to conduct investigations. You will be amazed how quickly you could solve these matters and bring the perpetrator(s) to Court for a hearing. There is no time to waste on these serious matters of nationals found dead, a few too many.
