BUSINESS BYTE: Big Edge Christmas Presentation

Ava Roache of Chances receives hamper from Antonillia Doctrove

Big Edge Financial Express continues to make its presence felt  in a very positive manner to the Dominican Society as the institution presented four hampers to Charitable Organizations on Friday.

The recipients of the Hampers were:  The House of Hope In Delice, Irma lafond’s Children Charity located in Canefield, Chances in Jimmit and  Love One, Teach One Foundation run by Gloria Walsh in Bathe Estate.

Addressing the Presentation, Executive Director of Big Edge Financial Express, Former ICC Elite Umpire, Billy Doctrove, was  full of praise for the work being undertaken by the four organizations. He said his Organization felt duty bound to offer encouragement and support to the efforts of the Charities in their efforts to attempting to make the life of our less fortunate children more pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable.

“As we celebrate during this festive season we must step back and reflect on the real meaning of Christmas. The birth of Christ reminds us that we must should always be willing to help our brother in need,” he added.

He said he hoped that those hampers would assist the Charities in continuing their herculean but humane work in Dominica.

Representatives of all four Charities said they were elated at receiving the hampers and thanked Big Edge for their Generosity.

The Presentations were made by  Antonillia  Doctrove, Managing Director of Big Edge.

Congrats, Big Edge. We know Christmas is a time for giving and sharing, but with an Institution that is newly opened, you have opened your doors not only to charitable organisations, but you see it fit for a young lady like me to look good, and be a positive role model. Your contribution has helped me one step further. May God continue to bless your firm and your family in abundance. Season’s Greetings and the best for 2013.
