PRESS RELEASE – Aeropost Network, a provider of U.S. based mailbox addresses, hosted an evening Customer Appreciation Event to thank its loyal customers at the Sutton Place Hotel.
Vivian Espinoza, Supervisor Customer Service and Pia Jenkins, Project Manager Quality Assurance & Training, representatives of Aeropost Network, flew in to host the event, alongside local partners, Millennium Freight Services (MFS).
Jason Whitchurch-Aird, Director of Millennium Ventures Incorporated, welcomed the invitees and thanked them for their support over the past months. He thanked the efforts of the MFS Team in updating the Aeropost online system in a timely manner and their continuous efforts to provide great customer service to customers. He informed customers that the new Customs storage facility is near completion and should be available by the end of June 2010.
Jenkins of Aeropost shared Whitchurch-Aird’s sentiment, thanking customers for their continued support and the plans to take the service options to another level alongside MFS. The Event also served as the launching ground for a new service option from Aeropost – the E-Shopping Card gives customers the ability to purchase from U.S. on-line merchants without limitations. Non-credit card holders, as well as credit card holders though the use of the E-Shopping card can now make purchases at on-line stores that do not accept internationally based credit cards. Details on this new product can be obtained at Millennium Freight Services – 255-1101/1102; [email protected]
Participants at the Customer Appreciation Event were granted a waiver of the sign up fees for the E-Shopping Card; another way for Aeropost Network to express its gratitude for the customers who continue to support the business as well as Aeropost tokens and Gifts offered through a Raffle chance upon entry.
