Business Byte: LIME rolls out new promotion

Starting Monday, all LIME prepaid customers will get even more value for their money as the company rolls out its latest promotion – LIME’s Extra Large Value promotion!

The offer, dubbed XL Value promotion, gives customers who talk for 5 minutes an extra 55 minutes free on that call and is one of two exciting offers from Dominica’s leading telecommunications provider in celebration of the tenth annual LIME Creole in the Park beginning today at the Botanic Gardens in Roseau.  These new offers are also a special gift from LIME in observance of Dominica’s 34th anniversary of Independence.

“That’s significant value for money” says LIME’s General Manger Jeffrey Baptiste, who adds “at LIME we are always mindful of the suggestions made by customers and make every effort to respond to their needs and suggestions.”

“Our prepaid customers can get the NEW XL Value plan by simply making a call to their friends or family with a prepaid mobile to any local LIME prepaid or postpaid mobile number and after five minutes the customer can continue enjoying an additional fifty-five minutes of FREE talk time,” Baptiste explained.

The full-service telecommunications company has also introduced bundled packages as a promotional offer starting today. ‘Bundling’ allows a customer to bring together two or more services from LIME under one umbrella and enjoy significant discounts as a result.

The LIME General Manager says customers have been asking for the option to bundle their LIME services and the company is responding to this request. “We are listening and have been working vigorously to give our customers the bundling option which will help them achieve significant savings on their monthly bills”, said Mr. Baptiste.

Discounts are available for bundling Broadband, Fixed line, anywhere mobile plans, and fixed to fixed line domestic calling plans. LIME offers four bundled plans allowing customers to enjoy savings of up to $48 dollars on their monthly bills plus the chance to qualify for LIME reward points and other offers.

This offer is available to new or existing Residential Customers. Customers can visit the LIME flagship store to get more information on how to take advantage of the new bundled packages from LIME.

All Dominicans are encouraged to join in the celebration of ten years of the LIME Creole in the Park at the Botanic Gardens beginning today, for an explosion of Creole food, music, art and Craft & Culture’.
