The management of LIAT (1974) Limited wishes to reassure its customers and the travelling public that it will continue to serve them during the busy Christmas season by maintaining its scheduled services.
The Company confirms that efforts are continuing to respond to the various labour and other issues which have caused our customers to be concerned about further disruptions to our schedule.
LIAT remains in dialogue with the Leeward Islands Airline Pilots Association (LIALPA) on areas of concern to the pilots’ union in discussions which have remained frank and respectful.
Discussions are also on-going with various unions aimed at addressing a number of the other concerns which have arisen between the Company and its employees.

DNO. Why so you refuse to publish my comment re the sale? I love you standard of journalism. Happy Holidays.
ADMIN: The man doesn’t want publicity. Can you at least give him some privacy? Other sites can publish it if they want to, but its up to him when he wants to publish it on DNO.
Liat reassures customers that they will always be delayed and count on their bags never making it to their destination! Blah blah!
management can say anything…its not up to them any more…if the pilots decide to strike again during the season when they know it will affect the company, then they are going to do it, so saying that they will continue to serve us during the busy xmas season is of no assurance..at least not to me…im staying put for now…no travelling via LIAT for now.
boy LIAT allu better eh..jus doh mess up ma head eh..jah boiii!!!
Lord Jesus, they better maintain it because people have families and business to look about. Children are travelling from distances to get home and weddings, funerals and other important occasions are also to be attended.
