CARICOM, I wish for one time, they would accomplish something more than talking. They just engage in TALK! TALK! TALK! and more TALK!
Look at what they refer to as Eminent Persons Group. Three soundly rejected former leaders who accumulated unprecedented debt, crime and poverty in their countries of birth.
These men are nothing more than three eminently rejected politician. What is it that makes CARICOM leaders feel these three blind mice can bring about a transformative change in a place of perennial political tumult and economic infertility like Haiti?
