A man, wanted for questioning in connection with the murder of two Dominicans in Antigua, is expected to face a magistrate today.

A police press statement said 30-year-old Kenroy Marshall will appear in court for allegedly escaping lawful custody and failing to report to an immigration officer.

Although the police had issued a wanted bulletin for Marshall last year, indicating he was needed for questioning in connection with the October 5, 2012 murders of Dominican Dermouth Alix Riviere and Alwin Robin, he has not been charged for the crime.

The police say investigations are ongoing.

In December, Marshall managed to evade Antigua police on two occasions, once at a house and the other at the VC Bird International Airport after he was captured in Montserrat.

He was eventually located and captured in the US.

Antigua National Security Minister Dr Errol Cort, said Marshall was able to leave Antigua by boat to Guadeloupe.

From there he boarded a commercial flight to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where US authorities arrested him.

Marshall was sent back to Antigua on Thursday, February 21.

Well dear Lord take all into Your hands. This murderer should NOT be made to walk free. The frustration is too much, and such injustice will only bring forth the need for revenge and possibly unthinkable deeds. Alex was too innocent, suffered way too much and yet still had his good name tarnished in the worst possible way.

Fishy, Fishy in the brook papa catch him on a hook, mama fry him in a pan baby eat him like a man……. When a fish bites the bait and is hooked, he tries to get away knowing he did something wrong. Let’s see how long the Antiguan authorities keep this fish hooked and commencement of court proceedings.
