High court Judge Errol Thomas has issued a stern warning to Steven Kurt “Shabba” James on Tuesday after it was revealed in court that he had been threatening a state prosecutor.
James is facing several sex related charges and the revelation of threats was made by state prosecutor in the office of the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP), Fernillia Felix.
She told the court that James had consistently been issuing threats to her whenever he meets with her at the magistrate’s court. Felix is the one responsible for prosecuting James’s case.
“He has been threatening me everytime he sees me, My Lord, so I am asking the court to please warn him,” she said.
A very annoyed Justice Thomas told James, ” you cannot do that…when you see her, don’t even look at her.”
But James denied the accusations.
“I did not do it,” he said.
“I am not saying that you did but I am warning you to stay away from her,” Thomas shot back. “Do you get that?”
“Yes Mi Lord,” James replied.
The criminal session of the court got underway on Tuesday with the arraignments and a new judge.

Give the SOB 99 years without parole! Society needs to be rid of this nuisance and danger! The question now is will Judge Thomas be seen as impartial to direct the jury after warning the SOB “accused” to keep away from the Prosecutor? Ask George JUDY. Maybe he should have told Shabba “I believe you Shabba boy” and then throw his keys away at sentencing.
Certain people are real jack and will keep being jack asses till they die. On an important issue like this people are trying to make political mileage out of that.
One a personal note, the notorious shabba is getting away with too much.. over 20 years this scientist have been ruling the legal system.
He is extremely knowledgeable of the system all the criminals, all the corrupted cops and crooked lawyers. The rapists and thieves and by being in prison for so long he has obtained a doctorate in criminology with specialty in rapetology.
The point i have constantly brought to shabba’s attention is that person cannot constantly continue to mistakenly make these allegations about him. shabba have outsmarted every judge, jury and lawyers who have been in that court much less for police officers.

She complained to the judge but did not lodge a formal one; at least not yet. She is giving him a chance. So did the judge who showed his annoyance at that man. What the judge may have meant, if he does not cease threatening her, he will be charged. He may take prison for it.
It is a crime to threaten people; worst yet a state prosecutor.
This man is looking for additional trouble. His mouth needs to be muzzled. He should be ashamed of himself. He is facing sexual charges and he cannot keep his mouth shut. He should bow his head with shame but prefers being bold-faced, rude and disrespectful.
He may be trying to scare her. I hope he is thrown into prison for some years. May no one feel sorry for him and may his case not be appealed. A man like that should be incarcerated for sometime. His threat projects that he is a dangerous man, a menace to society and should be put away for a while. May he learn a lesson from this and conduct himself appropriately.

Oh boy! But let me not be too hard on the judge because he might know Shabba is from Vieille case, and vieille case is the village of the PM and police commissioner so he better play it smart.

It’s just amazing how criminals of SUCH have rights which have to be respected otherwise I know that judge would have loved to throw the books at him.. Dont worry James your 99th day is approaching.
