Four men from Wotten Waven escaped conviction after they decided not to provide evidence against each other in court today.
Miguel Xavier, Nelson St Jean, Samuel George and Sherwin George all appeared before Magistrate Candia George Tuesday morning where they were charged with wounding and battery.
The men were reportedly involved in a fight on May 30 in Wotten Waven.
“All of us act foolishly sometimes. I just want them (St Jean and Xavier) to leave me and my brother (Sherwin) alone,” Samuel George told the court.
Samuel George was a defendant and also complainant on charges of battery and wounding against Nelson St Jean.
“Did anybody beat you or promise you anything? You are doing this voluntarily that’s what you want to do?” Magistrate Candia George asked of the men.
The prosecution decided not to provide any facts in the matter.

Sometimes fights cannot be avoided…..However, with every fight, we learn to get better. Better at fighting and better at understanding our individual characteristics. I know all you fellas know all you self better now….LOL.

maybe you all should consider starting a club in your village primary school to help kids stay our of trouble. and focus on the talents which you all have – we all have one – and use them for the better good
